Anti-ARHGDIA (GDIA1 or NPHS8) antibody is validated on mouse tissue and recommended for immunofluorescence labeling, IHC, or western blot of materials from rodent and human tissues.
Rho GDP-dissociation inhibitor 1 is a Rho GTPase inhibiting protein that is encoded by the ARHGDIA gene in human. ARHGDIA protein inhibits the disassociation of Rho family members from GDP (guanine diphosphate), thereby maintaining these factors in an inactive state.
Mutations in this gene have been found in individuals with nephrotic syndrome, type 8.
