Anti-BCL2L11 (BAM or BIM) antibody is validated on mouse tissue and recommended for immunofluorescence labeling, IHC, or western blot of materials from rodent and human tissues.
Bcl2-like protein 11, commonly called BIM, is a protein that is encoded by the BCL2L11 gene in human. BCL2L11 belongs to the BCL-2 protein family. Bcl2 family members form hetero- or homodimers and act as anti- or pro-apoptotic regulators that are involved in a wide variety of cell death pathways. BCL2L11 interacts with other members of the Bcl2 protein family and acts as an apoptotic activator.
