Anti-CEP152 antibody is validated on mouse tissue and recommended for immunofluorescence labeling, IHC, or western blot of materials from rodent and human tissues.
Centrosomal protein of 152 kDa (CEP152) is encoded by the CEP152 gene in human. CEP152 is the orthologue of the Drosophila asterless (asl) gene and required for centriole duplication. CEP152 also plays a key role in deuterosome-mediated centriole amplification in multiciliated epithelial cells which can generate more than 100 centrioles.
