Anti-CEP164 (NPHP15) antibody is validated on mouse tissue and recommended for immunofluorescence labeling, IHC, or western blot of materials from rodent and human tissues.
Centrosomal protein of 164 kDa (CEP164), also known as Nephrocystin-15 (NPHP15), is encoded by the CEP164 gene in human. CEP164 is required for assembly of primary cilia and localized to mature centrioles. Defects in this gene cause nephronophthisis type 15 (OMIM 614845).
