Anti-CEP192 antibody is validated on mouse tissue and recommended for immunofluorescence labeling, IHC, or western blot of materials from rodent and human tissues.
Centrosomal protein of 192 kDa (CEP192) is encoded by the CEP192 gene in human. Cep192 is a major regulator of pericentriolar material recruitment, centrosomal maturation, and centriole duplication in mammalian cells. It stimulates the formation of cytoskeletal scaffolding upon which γ-tubulin ring complexes and other proteins involved in microtubule nucleation and spindle assembly become functional during mitosis.
