Anti-CEP85 (CCDC21) antibody is validated on mouse tissue and recommended for immunofluorescence labeling, IHC, or western blot of materials from rodent and human tissues.
Centrosomal protein of 85 kDa (CEP85), also known as (CCDC21), is encoded by the CEP85 gene in human. CEP85 is a centrosomal protein that acts as a negative regulator of NEK2 to maintain the centrosome integrity in interphase. CEP85 also suppresses centrosome disjunction by inhibiting NEK2 kinase activity.
