Anti-CXCR2 (CD182 or IL8RB) antibody is validated on mouse tissue and recommended for immunofluorescence labeling, IHC, or western blot of materials from rodent tissues.
C-X-C motif chemokine receptor 2 (CXCR2), also known as Interleukin 8 receptor, beta (IL8RB), is a member of the G-protein-coupled receptor family, which is encoded by the CXCR2 gene in human. CXCR2 binds to Interleukin 8 with high affinity, and transduces the signal through a G-protein-activated second messenger system. CXCR2 also binds to chemokine (C-X-C motif) ligand 1 (CXCL1/MGSA), a protein with melanoma growth stimulating activity.
