Anti-CXCR3 (CD183) antibody is validated on mouse tissue and recommended for immunofluorescence labeling, IHC, or western blot of materials from human and rodent tissues.
C-X-C motif chemokine receptor 3 (CXCR3) is a member of the G-protein-coupled receptor family, which is encoded by the CXCR3 gene in human. CXCR3 can bind to three chemokines, i.e. CXCL9/Mig (monokine induced by interferon-g), CXCL10/IP10 (interferon-g-inducible 10 kDa protein) and CXCL11/I-TAC (interferon-inducible T cell a-chemoattractant). Binding of chemokines to CXCR3 induces cellular responses that are involved in leukocyte traffic, integrin activation, cytoskeletal changes and chemotactic migration.
