Anti-Ephrin B1 (EFNB1) antibody is validated on mouse tissue and recommended for immunofluorescence labeling, IHC, or western blot of materials from rodent and human tissues.
Ephrin B1 is a protein that is encoded by the EFNB1 gene in human. Ephrin B1 is a member of the ephrin (EPH) family. Ephrins are divided into the ephrin-A (EFNA) class, which are anchored to the membrane by a glycosylphosphatidylinositol (GPI) linkage, and the ephrin-B (EFNB) class, which are transmembrane proteins. Ephrins bind promiscuously Eph receptors residing on adjacent cells, leading to contact-dependent bidirectional signaling into neighboring cells.
