Anti-GLI3 antibody is validated on mouse tissue and can be used for immunofluorescence labeling, IHC, or western blot of materials from rodent and human tissues.
GLI family zinc finger 3 (GLI3) is encoded by the GLI3 gene in human. GLI3 belongs to the C2H2-type zinc finger protein subclass of the Gli family. Gli family zinc finger proteins are mediators of Sonic hedgehog (Shh) signaling and they are implicated as potent oncogenes in the embryonal carcinoma cell. GLI3 activates patched Drosophila homolog (PTCH) gene expression and plays a role during embryogenesis.
