Anti-HDAC1 antibody is validated on mouse tissue and recommended for immunofluorescence labeling, IHC, or western blot of materials from human and rodent tissues.
Histone deacetylase 1 is an enzyme that is encoded by the HDAC1 gene in human. Histone acetylation/deacetylation alters chromosome structure and affects transcription factor access to DNA. HDAC1 belongs to class II of the histone deacetylase/acuc/apha family. HDAC1 interacts with retinoblastoma tumor-suppressor protein and this complex is a key element in the control of cell proliferation and differentiation.
