Anti-ILDR2 (Angulin-3) antibody is validated on mouse tissue and recommended for immunofluorescence labeling, IHC, or western blot of materials from rodent and human tissues.
ILDR2, which stands for immunoglobulin [Ig]-like domain-containing receptor 2, also known as angulin-3, belongs to the angulin protein family, which makes the tricellular tight junction in epithelium or endothelium.
ILDR2 is encoded by the ILDR2 gene in human. ILDR2 has a single transmembrane domain, an amino-terminal extracellular Ig-like domain, and a carboxyl-terminal cytoplasmic domain.
ILDR2 is expressed by a variety of epithelial tissues in developing organ systems.
