Anti-JAM-B (JAM2) antibody is validated on mouse tissue and recommended for immunofluorescence labeling, IHC, or western blot of materials from rodent and human tissues.
Junctional adhesion molecule B (JAM-B) is a protein that is encoded by the JAM-2 gene in human. JAM-B is also known as CD322.
JAM proteins feature two extracellular immunoglobulin domains, a single transmembrane domain, and a cytoplasmic domain with a PDZ-binding motif. JAM-B can interact with the polarity protein Par3 and the focal adhesion protein – integrins.
JAM-B is expressed by the endothelium and sometimes referred to as vasculoendothelial JAM (VE-JAM).
