Anti-KIM1 (TIM1 or HAVCR1) antibody is validated on mouse tissue and can be used for immunofluorescence labeling, IHC, or western blot of materials from rodent tissues.
Hepatitis A virus cellular receptor 1 (HAVCR1), also known as T-cell immunoglobulin and mucin domain 1 (TIM1) or Kidney Injury Molecule 1 (KIM1), is a protein that in humans is encoded by the HAVCR1 gene. KIM1 belongs to type I cell-surface glycoproteins, which include an N-terminal immunoglobulin (Ig)-like domain, a mucin domain with distinct length, a single transmembrane domain, and a C-terminal short cytoplasmic tail. KIM1 is highly upregulated in injured kidneys triggered by various types of insults.
