Anti-LCK (LSK) antibody is validated on mouse tissue and recommended for immunofluorescence labeling, IHC, or western blot of materials from human and rodent tissues.
Lck (or lymphocyte-specific protein tyrosine kinase) is a 56 kDa non-receptor tyrosine-protein kinase that is encoded by the LCK gene in human. LCK is a key signaling molecule in the selection and maturation of developing T-cells. LCK localizes to the plasma membrane and pericentrosomal vesicles, and binds to cell surface receptors, including CD4 and CD8.
