Anti-LGR5 (GPR49 or GPR67) antibody is validated on mouse tissue and can be used for immunofluorescence labeling, IHC, or western blot of materials from rodent and human tissues.
Leucine-rich repeat-containing G-protein coupled receptor 5 (LGR5), also known as G-protein coupled receptor 49 (GPR49) or G-protein coupled receptor 67 (GPR67), is encoded by the LGR5 gene in human. LGR5 is a member of the G protein-coupled, 7-transmembrane receptor (GPCR) superfamily. LGR5 is a receptor for R-spondin and is involved in the canonical Wnt signaling pathway. LGR5 plays a role in the maintenance of adult intestinal stem cells during post-embryonic development.
