Anti-NG2 (CSPG4) antibody is validated on mouse tissue and can be used for immunofluorescence labeling, IHC, or western blot of materials from rodent and human tissues.
Chondroitin sulfate proteoglycan 4 (CSPG4), also known as neuron-glial antigen 2 (NG2), is a chondroitin sulfate proteoglycan that is encoded by the CSPG4 gene in human. NG2 is a membrane protein, consisting in a large extracellular domain, a transmembrane domain and a cytoplasmic tail.
