Anti-PRICKLE1 (RILP) antibody is validated on mouse tissue and can be used for immunofluorescence labeling, IHC, or western blot of materials from rodent and human tissues.
Prickle planar cell polarity protein 1 (PRICKLE1), also known as RILP, is encoded by the PRICKLE1 gene in human. PRICKLE1 is a nuclear receptor that acts as a negative regulator of the Wnt/beta-catenin signaling pathway. PRICKLE1 is also involved in the planar cell polarity pathway that controls convergent extension during gastrulation and neural tube closure.
