Anti-ROCK1 antibody is validated on mouse tissue and recommended for immunofluorescence labeling, IHC, or western blot of materials from rodent and human tissues.
ROCK1, also known as rho-associated, coiled-coil-containing protein kinase 1, is a serine/threonine kinase that is encoded by the ROCK1 gene in human. ROCK1 is a major downstream effector of the small GTPase RhoA and is a regulator of the actomyosin cytoskeleton which promotes contractile force generation. ROCK1 plays an important role in cancer and in particular cell motility, metastasis, and angiogenesis.
