Anti-SGLT4 (Slc5a9) (human) antibody is recommended for immunofluorescence labeling, IHC, or western blot of materials from human tissues.
Sodium-dependent glucose cotransporter 4, also known as sodium-glucose linked transporter 4 (SGLT4), is encoded by the SLC5A9 gene in human. Sglt4 is a new type of Na+-dependent glucose transporter, that transports mannose, 1,5-anhydro-D-glucitol, and fructose.
This antibody was raised against human specific epitope sequence in SGLT4 protein, which derives from a homologous region to the validated mouse SGLT4 epitope (Cat No.: 20809).
