Anti-TNFRSF1A (TNFR1 or CD120a) antibody is validated on mouse tissue and recommended for immunofluorescence labeling, IHC, or western blot of materials from rodent tissues.
Tumor necrosis factor receptor 1 (TNFR1), also known as tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily member 1A (TNFRSF1A) and CD120a, is a membrane receptor for tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNFα) that is encoded by the TNFRSF1A gene in human. TNFRSF1A can activate the transcription factor NF-κB, mediate apoptosis, and function as a regulator of inflammation.
Mutations in this gene underlie tumor necrosis factor receptor-associated periodic syndrome (TRAPS), characterized by fever, abdominal pain and other features.
