Anti-Trpc5 (C-terminus) antibody is validated on mouse tissue and can be used for immunofluorescence labeling, IHC, or western blot of materials from rodent and human tissues.
Transient receptor potential cation channel subfamily C member 5 (Trpc5) is a calcium channel protein that is encoded by the TRPC5 gene in human. Trpc5 protein consists in six transmembrane domains and four ANK repeats. It is active alone or forms an oligomer with TRPC1, TRPC3, and TRPC4. Trpc5 also interacts with multiple proteins including calmodulin, CABP1, enkurin, Na-H exchange regulatory factor (NHERF ), interferon-induced GTP-binding protein (MX1), ring finger protein 24 (RNF24), and SEC14 domain and spectrin repeat-containing protein 1 (SESTD1).
