Transient receptor potential cation channel subfamily M member 3 (Trpm3) is a calcium channel protein that is encoded by the TRPM3 gene in human. Trpm3 is regulated by extracellular osmolarity and muscarinic receptor. Trpm3 has been shown to modulate insulin secretion in pancreatic beta cells.
