Anti-Trpv1 antibody is validated on mouse tissue and can be used for immunofluorescence labeling, IHC, or western blot of materials from rodent and human tissues.
Transient receptor potential cation channel subfamily V member 1 (Trpv1) is encoded by the TRPV1 gene in human. Trpv1 is a receptor for capsaicin and is a non-selective cation channel that functions by selectively activating sensory neurons that convey information about noxious stimuli to the central nervous system. Trpv1 protein consists in six transmembrane domains and six ANK repeats. Trpv1 may interact with Trpv3 and calmodulin.
