Anti-PALS1 (MPP5) antibody is validated on mouse tissue and recommended for immunofluorescence labeling, IHC, or western blot of materials from rodent and human tissues.
Protein associated with Lin seven 1 (PALS1, also known as Stardust in Drosophila) is an apicobasal polarity protein localized to the tight junction plaque. PALS1 is also known as MAGUK p55 subfamily member 5 (MPP5) and is encoded by the MPP5 gene in human.
PALS1 is a cytosolic protein containing PDZ domain, SH3 domain and Guanylate kinase-like domain. PALS1 is widely expressed by epithelial tissues.
