Anti-VANGL1 antibody is validated on mouse tissue and can be used for immunofluorescence labeling, IHC, or western blot of materials from rodent and human tissues.
VANGL planar cell polarity protein 1 (VANGL1) is encoded by the VANGL1 gene in human. VANGL1 is a membrane protein involved in the regulation of planar cell polarity, especially in the stereociliary bundles of the cochlea. VANGL1 consists in four transmembrane domains, two extracellular loops and N-terminal and C-terminal cytoplasmic domains. Mutations in this gene are associated with neural tube defects.
