Anti-VANGL2 (LTAP) antibody is validated on mouse tissue and can be used for immunofluorescence labeling, IHC, or western blot of materials from rodent and human tissues.
VANGL planar cell polarity protein 2 (VANGL2), also known as LTAP, is encoded by the VANGL2 gene in human. VANGL2 is a membrane protein involved in the regulation of planar cell polarity, especially in the stereociliary bundles of the cochlea. VANGL2 consists in four transmembrane domains, two extracellular loops and N-terminal and C-terminal cytoplasmic domains.
