Anti-ARHGAP24 (FILGAP or p73) antibody is validated on mouse tissue and recommended for immunofluorescence labeling, IHC, or western blot of materials from rodent and human tissues.
Rho GTPase-activating protein 24 is an enzyme that is encoded by the ARHGAP24 gene in human. Binding of ARHGAP24 by filamin A targets it to the sites of membrane protrusion, where it antagonizes Rac. This results in suppression of lamellae formation and promotion of retraction to regulate cell polarity.
