Anti-DVL1 (DVL) antibody is validated on mouse tissue and can be used for immunofluorescence labeling, IHC, or western blot of materials from rodent and human tissues.
Dishevelled (Dsh in Drosophila) is a family of proteins involved in the Wnt signaling pathway. Dishevelled (DVL in mammals) is a cytoplasmic phosphoprotein that acts directly downstream of Frizzled receptors. Dishevelled segment polarity protein 1, DVL1 (or DVL), is encoded by the DVL1 gene in human. DVL1 plays a role in both canonical and non-canonical Wnt signaling. DVL1 is required for LEF1 activation upon WNT1 and WNT3A ligand binding to Frizzled receptors.
