Anti-Dystrobrevin beta (DTNB) antibody is validated on mouse tissue and recommended for immunofluorescence labeling, IHC, or western blot of materials from rodent and human tissues.
Dystrobrevin alpha belongs to the dystrobrevin subfamily and the dystrophin family. Dystrobrevin alpha is a component of the dystrophin-associated protein complex (DPC). The DPC consists of dystrophin and several integral and peripheral membrane proteins, including dystroglycans, sarcoglycans, syntrophins and alpha- and beta-dystrobrevin. Dystrobrevin beta is encoded by the DTNB gene in human.
