Anti-IMMT (Mitofilin or Mic60) antibody is validated on mouse tissue and recommended for immunofluorescence labeling, IHC, or western blot of materials from rodent and human tissues.
Inner membrane mitochondrial protein (IMMT), also known as Mitofilin or Mic60, is encoded by the IMMT gene in human. IMMT is a core subunit of the MICOS-complex, directly located next to cristae junctions (CJ). IMMT is anchored to the inner mitochondrial membrane via its N-terminus, while most of the C-terminus of the protein is located to the inner mitochondrial space.
