Anti-KDM1B (LSD2) antibody is validated on mouse tissue and recommended for immunofluorescence labeling, IHC, or western blot of materials from human and rodent tissues.
Lysine-specific histone demethylase 2 (LSD2), also known as lysine (K)-specific demethylase 1B (KDM1B), is encoded by the KDM1B gene in human. LSD2 is a flavin-dependent monoamine oxidase, which can demethylate mono- and di-methylated lysines, specifically histone 3, lysines 4 and 9 (H3K4 and H3K9).
