Anti-NPT2b (Slc34a2) antibody is validated on mouse tissue and can be used for immunofluorescence labeling, IHC, or western blot of materials from rodent and human tissues.
Sodium-dependent phosphate transport protein 2B (NPTIIb or NPT2b), also known as Na+-Pi-cotransporter 2b (NaPi-2b), or SLC34a2, is encoded by the SLC34A2 gene in human.
NPTIIb consists in 8 transmembrane domains and is highly expressed in the intestines. NPTIIb is also a tumor-associated antigen.
Mutations in this gene are a cause of pulmonary alveolar microlithiasis.
