Anti-PLK2 (SNK) antibody is validated on mouse tissue and can be used for immunofluorescence labeling, IHC, or western blot of materials from rodent and human tissues.
Polo-like kinase 2 (PLK2), also known as serum induced kinase (SNK), is encoded by the PLK2 gene in human. PLK2 is a member of the polo family of serine/threonine protein kinases that play a role in cell division. PLK2 is also involved in synaptic plasticity, centriole duplication and G1/S phase transition.
