Anti-STK39 (SPAK) antibody is validated on mouse tissue and recommended for immunofluorescence labeling, IHC, or western blot of materials from rodent and human tissues.
Serine/threonine kinase 39 (STK39), also known as STE20/SPS1-related proline-alanine-rich protein kinase (SPAK), is encoded by the STK39 gene in human. STK39 is activated in response to hypotonic stress, leading to phosphorylation of several cation-chloride-coupled cotransporters. STK39 also mediates the inhibition of SLC4A4, SLC26A6 as well as CFTR activities in the WNK signaling pathway.
