Anti-Trk-A (NTRK1) antibody is validated on mouse tissue and recommended for immunofluorescence labeling, IHC, or western blot of materials from rodent and human tissues.
Tropomyosin receptor kinase A (Trk-A), also known as neurotrophic tyrosine kinase receptor type 1 (NTRK1), is a protein that is encoded by the NTRK1 gene in human. Trk-A is a membrane-bound receptor that, upon neurotrophin binding, phosphorylates itself and members of the MAPK pathway. Trk-A consists in an extracellular domain, a transmembrane domain and a cytoplasmic domain.
