FITC (fluorescein isothiocyanate) is a fluorochrome dye widely used as a conjugation marker for proteins and antibodies. Due to its small size and distinct chemical structure, FITC can be used as a unique antigen to differentiate the binding sites in endogenous proteins.
BiCell Scientific’s anti-FITC polyclonal antibody is validated on cultured cells and recommended for amplifying immunofluorescent signals, IHC, and in particular, immunoprecipitation of cells or tissues labeled with FITC.
