Anti-ARL13B (human) (ARL2L1) HiRe (rabbit) antibody is validated on human cells and can be used for immunofluorescence labeling, IHC, or western blot of materials from human tissues.
ADP-ribosylation factor-like protein 13B (ARL13B), also known as ADP- ribosylation factor-like protein 2-like 1 (ARL2L1), is encoded by the ARL13B gene in human. ARL13B is a small GTPase that contains both N-terminal and C-terminal guanine nucleotide-binding motifs.
ARL13B is localized in the cilia and plays a role in cilia formation and in maintenance of cilia. Mutations in ARL13B are the cause of Joubert syndrome 8 (OMIM 612291).
This antibody is raised in rabbit with the same antigen that is used to raise product 90413h in rat.
This antibody is recommended for staining primary cilia in human tissues. For mouse tissue, please choose 90413.
