Anti-B7-1 (CD80) antibody is validated on mouse tissue and recommended for immunofluorescence labeling, IHC, or western blot of materials from rodent tissues.
The Cluster of differentiation 80 (also CD80 and B7-1) is a B7, type I membrane protein in the immunoglobulin superfamily, which is encoded by the CD80 gene in human. CD80 are found on the surface of various immune cells, including B-cells, monocytes, T-cells, and antigen-presenting cells (APCs) such as dendritic cells. CD80 has a crucial role in modulating T-cell immune function as a checkpoint protein at the immunological synapse.
