Anti-CEP350 antibody is validated on mouse tissue and recommended for immunofluorescence labeling, IHC, or western blot of materials from rodent and human tissues.
Centrosomal protein of 350 kDa (CEP350) is encoded by the CEP350 gene in human. CEP350 is a centrosomal protein with a CAP-Gly domain typically found in cytoskeleton-associated proteins. CEP350 is required to anchor microtubules at the centrosome and also implicated in the regulation of a class of nuclear hormone receptors in the nucleus.
