Anti-EYA1 antibody is validated on mouse tissue and recommended for immunofluorescence labeling, IHC, or western blot of materials from human and rodent tissues.
Eyes absent homolog 1 is a transcriptional coactivator and phosphatase that is encoded by the EYA1 gene in human. EYA1 plays important roles in the developing kidney, the branchial arches, the eye, and the ear. Mutations of this gene have been associated with branchiootorenal dysplasia syndrome, branchiootic syndrome, and sporadic cases of congenital cataracts and ocular anterior segment anomalies.
