Anti-GOLGA5 (Golgin-A5 or Golgin-84) antibody is validated on mouse tissue and recommended for immunofluorescence labeling, IHC, or western blot of materials from rodent and human tissues.
Golgin subfamily A member 5, also known as Golgin-84, is encoded by the GOLGA5 gene in human. Golgin-A5 is a coiled-coil membrane protein that plays a role in vesicle tethering and docking in the Golgi apparatus. Golgin-A5 stimulates the formation of Golgi stacks and ribbons by promoting intra-Golgi retrograde transport.
