Anti-ICAM2 (CD102) antibody is validated on mouse tissue and recommended for immunofluorescence labeling, IHC, or western blot of materials from rodent tissues.
Intercellular adhesion molecule 2 (ICAM2) is encoded by the ICAM2 gene in human. ICAM2 is also known as CD102. ICAM2 is a transmembrane protein containing an amino-terminus extracellular domain, a single transmembrane domain, and a carboxyl-terminus cytoplasmic domain. ICAM2 mediates adhesive interactions important for antigen-specific immune response, NK-cell mediated clearance, lymphocyte recirculation, and other cellular interactions important for immune response and surveillance.
