Anti-KCNC3 (Kv3.3) antibody is validated on mouse tissue and recommended for immunofluorescence labeling, IHC, or western blot of materials from rodent tissues.
Potassium voltage-gated channel subfamily C member 3 (KCNC3), also known as Kv3.3, is a Shaw related voltage-gated potassium channel that is encoded by the KCNC3 gene in human. Kv3.3 plays a role in the regulation of the frequency, shape and duration of action potentials in Purkinje cells. Kv3.3 also plays a role in the reorganization of the cortical actin cytoskeleton and the formation of actin veil structures in neuronal growth cones via its interaction with HAX1 and the Arp2/3 complex.
