Anti-LMX1B antibody is validated on mouse tissue and recommended for immunofluorescence labeling, IHC, or western blot of materials from human and rodent tissues.
LIM homeobox transcription factor 1-beta, also known as LMX1B, is a nuclear protein that is encoded by the LMX1B gene in human. LMX1B is essential for the normal development of dorsal limb structures, the glomerular basement membrane, the anterior segment of the eye, and dopaminergic and serotonergic neurons. Mutations in this gene cause nail-patella syndrome.
