Anti-Neuropilin-1 (NRP1) antibody is validated on mouse tissue and recommended for immunofluorescence labeling, IHC, or western blot of materials from rodent and human tissues.
Neuropilin-1 is a protein that is encoded by the NRP1 gene in human. NRP1 is a membrane-bound coreceptor to a tyrosine kinase receptor for both vascular endothelial growth factor and semaphorin. Neuropilins contain a large N-terminal extracellular domain, made up of complement-binding, coagulation factor V/VIII, and meprin domains, a short membrane-spanning domain and a small cytoplasmic domain.
