Anti-PLK3 (CNK) antibody is validated on mouse tissue and can be used for immunofluorescence labeling, IHC, or western blot of materials from rodent and human tissues.
Polo-like kinase 3 (PLK3), also known as cytokine-inducible kinase (CNK), is encoded by the PLK3 gene in human. PLK3 is a member of the polo-like kinase family of serine/threonine kinases. PLk3 is an important regulator of cell cycle progression. It has also been implicated in stress responses and double-strand break repair.
