BiCell Scientific Inc’s Tepoditamab (CD3-CD371) bispecific antibody is recombinant chimeric antibody that combines the scFv domains of anti-CD3ε and anti-CD371 with the Fc domain of human IgG1. Such a feature allows the chimeric antibody to retain the original binding characteristics of both anti-CD3ε and anti-CD371 on a single IgG1 molecule.
