BiCell-mAb Medium HT is a serum-containing culture medium optimized for hybridoma recovery and expansion after hypoxanthine, aminopterin, thymidine (HAT) selection. This medium contains hypoxanthine and thymidine (HT) that is vital to wean hybridomas off aminopterin and improve hybridoma stability.
This medium has been validated for use of mouse and rat hybridoma development.

Preparation of Myeloma Cells Expand Prewarm all culture media to 37oC.
