BiCell Scientific Inc’s GFP-Myc bispecific antibody is recombinant chimeric antibody that combines the scFv domains of anti-GFP (clone N86/38) and anti-Myc (clone 9E10) with the Fc domain sequence of either mouse, rat or rabbit. Such a feature allows the chimeric antibody to retain the original binding characteristics of both anti-GFP and anti-Myc while confer a greater species flexibility.
